Refund Policy

    Short version: PdfTrendHunter is a digital subscription service. Access is granted after payment and email confirmation. All purchases are final once the Service has been accessed. We do not offer refunds on the basis of personal preference, unused time or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results. Exceptions apply only in the case of verified billing errors on our part.
  

Overview

When you subscribe to PdfTrendHunter, you gain access to the full features of the Service after confirming your email address. Because the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted upon email confirmation, our refund policy reflects this reality. We encourage you to review the live demo on our homepage before purchasing so you can judge the quality of the Service for yourself.

Our policy is consistent with applicable EU consumer law. Specifically, under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services where the consumer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.

By completing your purchase and accessing the Service, you expressly consent to the commencement of the Service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once access to the Service has been granted, regardless of whether you actively use the Service during the billing period.

What Is Not Refundable

The following are not grounds for a refund:

You changed your mind after purchasing
You did not use the Service during the billing period
You were not satisfied with the AI-generated ideas, scores or prompts
The Service did not result in sales or commercial success
You found a similar tool at a lower price
You forgot to cancel before a renewal date
You did not read these Terms or the product description before purchasing
Technical issues on your device, browser or internet connection

PdfTrendHunter provides market research data and AI-generated suggestions for informational purposes. We make no guarantee of commercial outcomes, and dissatisfaction with outputs is not a basis for a refund.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund request only in the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical or processing error on our part
Incorrect amount: You were charged an amount different from the price displayed at the time of purchase, due to a pricing error on our part
Extended service outage: The Service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period due to a fault attributable solely to PdfTrendHunter, and you did not access or use the Service at any point during that period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances described above, please follow these steps:

Include your details

Provide the email address associated with your PdfTrendHunter account, the date of the charge, the amount charged, and a clear description of the issue.

Wait for our response

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may request additional information to verify the issue.

Refund processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5 to 10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your PdfTrendHunter subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Monthly subscribers: Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. You retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
Yearly subscribers: Cancel at any time. You retain full access until the end of your paid annual period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining months.

To cancel, go to the Settings page within the app. Alternatively, email us at hello@pdftrendhunter.com and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will send a reminder email before your annual renewal date. For monthly subscriptions, you will receive a payment receipt by email after each charge.

If you believe you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund in such cases, we will review each situation individually.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, this is considered a violation of these Terms. We ask that you contact us directly with any billing concern. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Accounts subject to an open chargeback dispute may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to use the free one-time demo available on our homepage. The demo generates one real, AI-powered result at no cost and with no account required, giving you a genuine preview of the Service's quality and output before committing to a subscription.

Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your jurisdiction, regardless of the terms of this policy.
