To use the Service, you will be asked to create an account by providing your name, email address and a password of your choice. Your account credentials are stored securely via our authentication provider, Supabase. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information. You may not transfer, sell, assign or share your account or account credentials with any other person. Any such attempt is null and void and may result in immediate termination of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to any person or entity at our sole discretion, including where we believe that use of the Service violates any applicable law or these Terms.
PdfTrendHunter is an AI-powered market research tool designed to help digital content creators: particularly creators of PDF guides and digital downloads: identify potentially profitable niches and content ideas. The Service provides:
All outputs provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are estimates only. They are not guaranteed to reflect actual market conditions or to result in commercial success. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice.
Access to the full features of PdfTrendHunter requires a paid subscription. When you initiate a subscription, you are making an offer to purchase access to the Service on a recurring basis. Your subscription is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
PdfTrendHunter reserves the right to refuse or cancel any subscription at its sole discretion. In the event that we cancel a subscription, we will attempt to notify you by email and will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused paid period.
Please review your subscription plan carefully before purchasing. You are responsible for ensuring that the selected plan meets your requirements. We are not able to accommodate cancellation requests on the basis of plan selection errors after access has been granted.

All prices are stated exclusive of value added tax (VAT) where applicable. EU customers may be charged VAT in accordance with the regulations applicable in their country of residence. The price charged for a subscription will be the price in effect at the time the subscription is initiated, as set out in your order confirmation.
Prices, promotions and features are subject to change without notice. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes to existing subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service following a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected subscription plan. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Service until payment is received.
We do not store your payment card details directly. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider in accordance with applicable PCI-DSS standards.
PdfTrendHunter is a digital subscription service. Access to the full features of the Service is granted after successful payment and email confirmation. In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at hello@pdftrendhunter.com within 14 days of the relevant charge, including your account email address and a clear description of the issue. We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page within the app or by contacting us by email. Monthly subscribers who cancel will retain access until the end of their current billing period. Yearly subscribers who cancel will retain access until the end of their paid year. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve it promptly. Accounts subject to unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
The Market Scores, audience data, trend indicators and other outputs provided by the Service are estimates generated by artificial intelligence based on training data. They do not constitute financial, legal, marketing or business advice and should not be relied upon as such. You use the Service and act on its outputs entirely at your own risk.
We do not warrant that the niches, ideas or content suggested by the Service are original, unencumbered by third-party intellectual property rights, legally available for commercial use in your jurisdiction, or suitable for your specific purposes. You are solely responsible for conducting any additional research or due diligence before acting on the Service's outputs.
The PdfTrendHunter name, logo, interface design, underlying software and all other elements of the Service are the intellectual property of PdfTrendHunter or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Service for your own personal and commercial creative purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, publicly display or transmit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by PdfTrendHunter.
Your generated outputs: The ideas, prompts and other content generated for you by the Service may be freely used by you for your personal and commercial projects, including for the creation and sale of PDF guides and other digital products. We do not claim ownership over content generated specifically for your account.
Feedback: If you submit any suggestions, ideas or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback into the Service without compensation or obligation to you.
You may access and use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service, directly or indirectly, to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated any part of these Terms.
PdfTrendHunter uses third-party services to deliver its features. In particular, the AI-powered features of the Service are provided through Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic"), the developer of the Claude AI model. When you use the AI features of PdfTrendHunter, the content of your searches (such as your selected niche and topic) is transmitted to Anthropic for processing. This data does not include your name, email address or payment information.
Anthropic processes this data in accordance with its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Anthropic's data practices. By using the AI features of the Service, you acknowledge and accept that your search inputs may be processed by Anthropic.
We may also use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, hosting and analytics. These providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law. A full list of sub-processors is available upon request.
We neither monitor nor control third-party tools beyond our contractual agreements with them. We shall have no liability arising from your use of, or any third party's acts or omissions in relation to, these third-party services.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party website. If you choose to access a third-party site from within the Service, you do so entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PDFTRENDHUNTER, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PdfTrendHunter in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PdfTrendHunter and its operators, directors, employees, agents and service providers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (3) your access to or use of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@pdftrendhunter.com to request account deletion.
The following provisions survive any termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property, No Guarantee of Results, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PdfTrendHunter regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
You may not assign, transfer or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is null and void. PdfTrendHunter may freely assign or transfer these Terms and any of its rights and obligations hereunder, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, without notice to you.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which the operator is resident, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Consumer rights: If you are a consumer resident in a member state of the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice within the Service prior to the change taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
